The following is the final argument presented by the solicitors for Dato’ Seri Ir. Hj. Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, to the Federal Court on November 5, 2009 in his appeal to be re-instated as the Menteri Besar of the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan:

Perkara yang dituntut oleh TUHAN daripada kita adalah supaya kita berlaku adil,
selalu mengamalkan kasih, dan dengan rendah hati hidup bersatu dengan Allah kita.
