Project Hope

17 December 2009 By Administrator | TinyURL TM

Background

Project Hope started a couple months back when a group of designers / writers / cartoonists from different backgrounds decided that we need more Hope in Malaysia! The first half of 2009 was dark and bleak — what with the economy, and deaths of many famous well loved people, and also people closer to our hearts. We realized that it was that little element of hope that drove us all to expect a better future.

And I guess that was what we set ourselves to do : If we could somehow capture the essense of that hope in the ‘containers’ of Writing, Book, Video interviews — this hope can be shared, can inspire — can captivate.

We decided to give Hope some limelight this season, and to end 2009 on a more Hopeful note.

This Thursday we launch the book and videos that are products of this HopeProject.

And we’d like to invite you — firstly as fellow Malaysians, hopetimists — but also as reporters & writers, so that you could also share Hope with your readers — it being Christmas and the end of the year.

Let’s have a HOPE party!
