‘All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,
“God opposes the proud,
But gives grace to the humble”’ (1 Peter 5:5b, New International Version)
We are not only commanded to be humble but we are also given an important reason for this command.
“Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” (Revelation 7:10, NIV)
This is the last of our seven memory verses and it assists us in the worship of our God and the Lamb.
