56. GOD’S WORLD AND PEOPLE (1)

1. GOD WILL JUDGE THE WORLD
9:8 He will judge the world in righteousness; he will govern the peoples with justice.

2. MEN OF THIS WORLD
17:14 O Lord, by your hand save me from such men, from men of this world whose reward is in this life.

3. TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD
19:1-4 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. v2Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. v3There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. v4Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

4. REVERE GOD
33:8 Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the people of the world revere him.

5. LISTEN
49:1-3 Hear this, all you peoples; listen, all who live in this world, v2both low and high, rich and poor alike: v3My mouth will speak words of wisdom; the utterance from my heart will give understanding.

6. GOD FOUNDED THE WORLD
89:11 The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth; you founded the world and all that is in it.

7. GOD BROUGHT FORTH THE WORLD
90:1-2 Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. v2Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

8. THE WORLD IS FIRMLY ESTABLISHED
93:1 The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed in majesty and is armed with strength. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.

9. LET THE WORLD RESOUND
98:7 Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.
